If you've ever had sleep problems, you know they usually don't occur in a vacuum. Anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, stress, worry, self-doubt, grief – these are all things that can keep us up at night.

I am here to offer compassionate and nonjudgmental understanding, and will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.

I am experienced in evidence-based therapies. My primary treatment approaches include:

* Psychodynamic therapy involves exploring how previous experiences may be impacting us now, such as childhood trauma and attachment style.

* Cognitive-behavioral therapy involves identifying and changing how we think about and behave in different situations.

* Somatic techniques include ways to reconnect with our bodies and get out of our heads, as well as reconnect us to the present moment.
